Most files on this site will come in RAR format and be in multiple parts. So you will need a program to extract and join the file.
I recommend using:
WinRAR: www.rarlab.com/ or
7-Zip: www.7-zip.org/
After you have downloaded all the parts to the file you want, navigate to the folder where the parts are (make sure all the parts are in the same folder). It should look like this:

There are two ways to extract the files.
Quick way:
Step one: Right click on the "filename.part1.rar" file and click "extract here" or "extract to filename\" on the pop-up menu. If there is a password a box will pop-up asking for it.

Step two: The following window will pop-up displaying the progress of the action and allowing you to minimize the window, pause the action, cancel the action, change mode, or get help.

Step three: Window will close automatically when action is done. You can now use the file.
Other way(useful when you don't what to extract all the files in an archive):
Step one: open the "filename.part1.rar" file.*

Step two: click on the files you want and drag and drop them out of the winrar window and into the folder you want them to be in.*
Step three: same as "step two" under "quick way".
Step four: extract more files or close window.
