There are usually many rapidshare links provided with a file, this is due to a file splitting since Rapidshare only support files of 200mb.
Usually the file size of each episode is standard and it depends on the duration.
~25' - 175 MB (2 files)
~30' - 233 MB (3 files)
~45' - 350 MB (4 files)
This is why you got the Rapidshare premium account, to download more than one file at a time and to do away with the time limits.
When you get on the page of something you want, you'll get something like this. (This is an example)

Ok,let's download it. Copy the first link, and paste it in your browser. It will send you to a Rapidshare page.
STEP 1.
Scroll down the page till you see this:

Click Premium user to continue.
STEP 2.
Now that you're on the new page, scroll down till you see this:

Enter login info and click login.
STEP 3.
Now that you're on the new page, scroll down till you see this:

Click the download button to begin download.
Repeat for all parts.
